Noranda car theft: Col Blanch urges people to call triple-0 rather than taking on thieves themselves

Police Commissioner Col Blanch says he understands the need for people to ‘protect’ their property but has urged them to instead call triple-0 immediately in the event their cars or other property is stolen.
