 I really enjoy sketching flowers. It's only when you start filling in the details that you realize how the petals are complex and fascinating nature can be.

Best for domestic artists is that you can still get a pretty good picture of any flower, even if important details are omitted.

We have chosen my garden and we have set ourselves the task of drawing every flower that we can compare our later work. It was an idyllic way to spend the afternoon and by the time I cherish.

I prefer to show the photos of Mom here because it has a light and soft touch pen - one day I hope to get away with it!

 Most images on this site are my attempts, when I started drawing when I thought it's time to show something new and different.

   Most of us love flowers for their shape, color, fragrance and beauty. We use them to express our feelings, and that's why we put flowers on the graves of our loved ones.

At the wedding, which symbolize love, fidelity and long life. We also use them to decorate fresh or designed on a canvas.

Remember to always start with something that looks relatively easy.

Simply draw the general shape of each petal, which need not be exactly the same as mine.

Before starting to make some drawings of flowers, it is always useful to have some basic knowledge of your subject before attempting to portray.

A flower is a flower or a plant is known to thrive. Flowering plants have soft stems rather than woody stems. Trees may flower, but not designated as flowers. Flowers provide seeds for us to plant more.

The flower consists of four parts. The calyx, corolla, stamens and pistils.

•        The calyx (sepals) protect internal parts development. In most cases, the sepals remain attached after opening.

•        The corolla consists of the petals of a flower. They have different colors and fragrances.

•        The stamens are the male pollen-producing parts. They can be the most interesting part of some flowers.

•        The pistils are the parts of the female seed. Each pistil has three parts, a stigma, style and ovary.

•        The stigma is the sticky area at the top. The pattern is a long, thin tube leading to the ovary is a hollow structure at the base.

When you learn and practice, try not to worry too much about adding color at this early stage.

Maybe if you really like your sketches, keep it separate so you can add color later. It's more important to gain the confidence now, and simplify all tasks is essential.
